Product Details

At this time, all items sold in this shop are pre-order items. Bundle graphics are mock-ups and may not be representative of the final product.

Estimated shipping date for pre-order items is currently early August.

Refunds, Returns, and Resale

We cannot accept refunds during leftovers as we will be shipping immediately.

Furthermore, we cannot accept returns as we are a limited-run project. Please note that the final product may not be identical to the product mock-ups in the shop listings.

No part of this zine, including the digital PDF, may be resold.

Customs, Taxes, Shipping Policy

All orders placed via the Bigcartel store will be shipped from the United States.

Import tax, VAT, and other customs fees are not included in the listed cost. Additional charges resulting from import tax will be the customer's responsibility after once the package arrives in their country.

We cannot mark items as gifts to avoid customs. HOWEVER, we may mark the value displayed on the package as a percentage of the value of your order in to reduce the risk of undelivery due to customs and reduce total fees incurred. 

Please make sure to fill out your address accurately and in its entirety. Customers who fill out an incorrect address will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

We are unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Libya, Papua New Guinea, Russian Federation, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Undelivered, Missing, or Damaged Items

Provided that the address was correct, we will issue a free replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Missing or damaged item(s) from your package due to our error

For the following circumstances, we will review on a case by case basis, but a free replacement may not be guaranteed:

  • Missing or damaged item(s) due to improper shipping and handling by the postal service
  • Lost or returned packages due to failure of delivery by the postal service

For the following circumstances, we will ask you to cover redelivery costs:

  • Lost or returned packages that are due to your country's customs, including customs or import tax
  • Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us
  • Lost or returned packages due to an incorrectly typed address
  • Damage or loss of item(s) due to someone else handling your package after the package was marked as delivered

If any of the above happens, please send us an email to discuss your options. We will try our best to work with you to resolve any issues!

In all cases, the mod team reserves the right to accept or deny requests for refunds, returns, or replacements at our discretion.
